1.2 Custom and Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review your custom order carefully before placing it.

2.2 Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged with the original packaging and the RA number clearly marked on the package.

3. Refunds and Processing Time

3.1 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within ten (10) business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Restocking Fee

5.1 Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% may be applied for returns that are not due to an error on our part. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and processing returned items.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. A cancellation fee of 25% will be applied.
